Story
Built on the coast we love.
Marchetti & Vale was founded by two long-time residents — one a contractor’s daughter from Point Dume, the other a former private banker who had spent a decade buying homes in Malibu for international clients. The friendship preceded the firm by twenty years.
We have stayed deliberately small: two partners, two associate advisors, one in-house concierge. We accept approximately forty new listings a year and we have never run an MLS-driven open house.
The Pacific Coast is not a market to us. It is the place we live, raise our children, and quietly represent.
